This photo wants to be more colorful, especially on the model. And a little more focus could be put on the details of the wall of photos. Just a tiny bit more, enough to coax the viewer's eyes into looking at each awesome photo, but still out-of-focus enough to make the model the center and focus of the picture.
But other than that, this picture is bright, elegant, and puts the focus on the interesting camera, the model's lovely tattoos, and the model's eyes, which are stunning-- but need to show more connection to the camera. If that were done, Impact would have the full five stars.

I love this picture. Even though I usually dislike the subject centered in a shot, it works really well in this picture. I wish the pictures went all the way down to the bottom of the picture, which would bring the model out even more, but as is, the model is compelling enough that it's not a big deal. I just know that it would bring the model forward more to not have the white at the bottom. I also don't like the glare to the left of the model's head. In an ideal world that wouldn't be there. Overall, though, this is a fantastic picture. Very dynamic.
