-when people is petting his belly
-when bracket is yelling at him after pooping in wrong places
-no food in his bowl
-loud traffic
-loud neighbors
-too many people in his house
-clean litter box
-when the house is too clean
-to be left alone
-to be yelled at
-to "pose" for the camera (he's the natural kind of model)

I think most cats dislike being rubbed on the belly. It's certainly the case with my cat as well. Unlike dogs, cats roll on their backs as a kind of gesture of submission or to show that they feel safe enough in your presence to put themselves in a vulnerable position.
Dogs do it because they just want to be petted there, I think.
